We strongly suggest guests take out travel insurance for short breaks and holidays in the UK to cover themselves against cancellation charges and to protect themselves against possible loss due to any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, adverse weather conditions, traffic delays, etc. It is your responsibility to check that the insurance you purchase is adequate for your needs.

We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.
