1 and 2 Night Bookings: The acceptance of short-term bookings is retricted in the high season.

Single Person Discount: Where there is only a single occupant in a double room, there is a maximum discount of £15.00 per night.

Children: When sharing a family room with two adults, children 9 to 14 years old are charged at half adult rate, children 5 to 8 years old £10 per night, and children 4 or under £6 per night.

Sea View Rooms: For rooms with a sea view or a sea view balcony there is a supplement of £5.00 per room per night.

Motel Rooms: Prices are the same as the standard rooms in the hotel.

Prices: These are for bed and breakfast and are per room per night.

Payment: accept most debit/credit cards, cheques with guarantee card and cash.

Account Facilities: These are available for corporate customers by prior arrangement.

Online booking: A limited number of rooms are available for , but please phone for best prices.

Deposits/Cancellations: A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required.  Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable.  If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.  For cancellations made up to 48 hours before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance.  For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount.  For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

Car Parking: Knights Court provides a free car park for all guests' cars.
